Hi 👋 i’m Jenna
I am an empath, certified breathwork facilitator & breath coach, clinical herbalist, healer, craniosacral therapist, reiki master & spiritual seeker. I have dedicated my life to evolving spiritually & studying the healing Arts.
I help women walk In their truth and come back to their inner knowing and aligned authentic selves.
I midwife women in their path of awakening. I help them physically, emotionally & spiritually to evolve, heal & transform so they can live more fulfilling lives, one with more dedication, purpose & passion.
My "why"??
I struggled for years to find my souls purpose & direction. I suffered with debilitating self doubt & imposter syndrome & I would compare myself to other woman.
The grass was always greener somewhere else & i really struggled to be truly content with who I was and where I was. My nervous system was stuck in chronic 'fight or flight' & I was completely burnout from stress.
It has been through my own personal healing and transformation and by truly coming HOME within side myself & finding my inner truth that I am able to now serve women in this way.

Sunkara Designs was born from the motto: ADORN. SHINE. EMPOWER. The pieces of Sunkara encompass self love and self acceptance by allowing ourselves to truly SHINE and be seen for who we are.
We are often afraid of standing out in a crowd or being a bright LIGHT because of how it might make other people feel around us or in fear of judgement by others.
